With exposed brickwork, wooden beams and high ceilings, it’s a unique place where you and your guests are guaranteed a warm welcome.

	Studios Converted from an old wallpaper warehouse, Yorkshire Dance boasts three quality dance studios with natural daylight, maple wood sprung dance floors, original wooden beam ceilings, good acoustics and up-to-date sound systems. All three are ideal for dance and movement activity. Studio Three – our largest – makes an excellent seminar and performance space with raked seating for 80 people. 	Martha’s Meeting Room Ideal for business meetings and training sessions, the space can accommodate up to 25 people according to your layout specifications. Studio Three is also an excellent space for a large seminar or presentation.
	The North Space Large carpeted office space with its own kitchen and meeting room, an excellent space for conferences or larger seminars, with seating for up to 50 people in cabaret- or theatre-layout. The North Space would also make a perfect rehearsal room for choirs / drama groups and team building / group training sessions.
	Foyer The Foyer is a comfortable, informal and stylish space ideal for breakout sessions, registration and breaks. There are always members of the Front of House team on hand.

Cost

The hire rates for the studios, inclusive of VAT at 20%, are as follows. Discounts are available for charities and for professional artists.
